Refund policy

Returns, refunds and preorder cancellations

Over Ice does not accept change-of-mind returns, exchanges or refunds. Preorders cannot be cancelled simply because you change your mind, no longer need the cup, choose the wrong colour or cannot attend the scheduled collection window.

Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, unsafe, not as described or otherwise fails a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances. For a major failure, you can choose a replacement or refund. For other failures, we will provide the remedy required by law.

If there is a problem, email drinkoverice@gmail.com with your order number or other proof of purchase and a description of the issue. Photos may help us assess it. We will explain the next steps and arrange assessment or return where needed. Do not send items to Bond University without arranging this with us first.

Collection
Collection is at The Arch, Bond University, 14 University Drive, Robina QLD 4226, on Wednesday 14 October 2026, from 12–2 p.m. AEST. Bring your order confirmation. If you cannot attend, contact drinkoverice@gmail.com to arrange collection. Missing the collection window does not automatically cancel or forfeit your order. Any rights you have if we cannot supply your order remain unaffected.

Optional QENDO contribution
The optional $2 contribution is collected by Over Ice for our QENDO fundraiser. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds of this contribution. If a payment error occurs or a refund is required by law, contact us so we can correct the order and fundraising records. Any refund required by law will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
