Shipping and campus pickup

Australia-wide shipping is available via Australia Post Parcel Post and Express Post. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order and delivery address. Dispatch is available from 7 October 2026. Any carrier delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Orders dispatch from 14 University Drive, Robina QLD 4226, Australia. Shipping confirmation and tracking will be provided when the order is dispatched.

Free pickup is available at The Arch, Bond University, 14 University Drive, Robina QLD 4226, on Wednesday 14 October 2026, 12–2 p.m. AEST. Bring your order confirmation. We will send a collection notification when your order is ready. This collection window applies to pickup orders only.

If checkout shows a generic pickup processing estimate such as “Usually ready in 5+ days”, please use the exact collection date stated here. If you cannot attend, email drinkoverice@gmail.com to arrange collection. Missing the collection window does not automatically cancel or forfeit your order. If our collection arrangements change, we will contact affected customers.
