Over Ice — terms of service

These terms apply to purchases through overice.online and our Shopify checkout. Contact Over Ice at drinkoverice@gmail.com about your order.

Products and orders
The Over Ice Cup is a 450 mL reusable cold-drink cup, supplied with a flat lid, reusable straw and detachable straw stopper. Blue and White colourways are available, subject to stock. The price is A$18 per cup. All prices and checkout amounts are in Australian dollars. Review the colour, quantity and total before paying. Product visualisations illustrate the design; slight screen-colour differences may occur. This does not limit your rights if an item is not as described or does not match applicable samples.

Preorders and pickup
Orders are preorders for collection at The Arch, Bond University, 14 University Drive, Robina QLD 4226, on Wednesday 14 October 2026, 12–2 p.m. AEST. Pickup is free. Delivery is not currently offered. Bring your order confirmation and wait for your collection notification. If you cannot attend, email us to arrange collection. If the collection arrangements change, we will contact affected customers. Your rights if we cannot supply the order are unaffected.

Cancellations, returns and faulty products
We do not accept change-of-mind cancellations of preorders, returns, exchanges or refunds. This does not exclude or restrict Australian Consumer Law rights, including remedies for faulty goods, failure to supply or goods that are not as described. See our Return and refund policy for how to report a problem.

Optional QENDO fundraising contribution
You may choose to add one A$2 contribution per order before checkout. A single A$18 cup with this contribution has an A$20 subtotal. The contribution is optional and is not preselected. It appears separately on your Shopify order. Over Ice collects and passes the contribution to QENDO; checkout does not send money directly to QENDO. The full A$2 contribution is allocated to the fundraiser, with payment-processing costs covered by Over Ice. A store order confirmation is not a tax-deductible donation receipt. Refer to our Return and refund policy for contribution errors or required refunds.

Payments and privacy
Payments are processed through Shopify and the payment methods shown at checkout. Provide accurate contact and order details so we can confirm your order and arrange collection. Personal information is handled in accordance with our published Privacy policy.

Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law. These terms and our policies apply subject to those rights.
